PLEASE NOTE THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP
If you have stated a Discount Code/Registration code the discount will be deducted retroactively on your invoice after validation.
PLEASE NOTE: All prices are excluding VAT.
-For Swedish customers: VAT of 25% will be applied.
-For EU customers: No VAT will apply when a complete VAT number is submitted according to Reverse charge, Article 44 and 196 VAT Directive.
-For Non-EU customers: No VAT according to the General rule for services Chapter 5, Section 5 Swedish VAT Act; Services supplied to a taxable person outside of EU. No Swedish VAT is charged.
Full payment is due 10 days upon invoice and no later than 5 business days prior to the event. Members that have NOT submitted payment prior to the event will not be admitted to the event. Admittance is then only granted upon approval of credit card payment directly onsite.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Your registration is binding. You may substitute a community member at any time. Please note that substitutions are not permitted unless approved by Techbook AB. For all cancellation of services (without an approved substituted member) received in writing more than 5 business days prior to a conference or event you have registered for, a €120 (+VAT) administrative fee will be charged and a voucher for the remaining amount will be issued that can be transferred to any other Techbook community services within one year of issuance. For cancellations less than 5 business days prior to a conference or an event, the full amount is non-refundable but can still be transferred to a substitute.
PROCESSING OF MEMBERSHIP
Please note that membership is a subject to availability. Discounts cannot be combined nor claimed retroactiveley. Solution providers, vendors or consultancies selling or providing solutions or services to the main target audience cannot sign-up as members of the community. Techbook claims the right to deny access to the community if the applicant does not meet the requirements of a member.
